Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr .Antiasthma Capsules .Methods The opti-mal extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr .Antiasthma Capsules was investigated by an orthogonal design with the yield of extractum and the content of total flavonoids and cyanogenetic glycoside as indexes ,and the concentration of alcohol ,the extract temperature ,the volume of alcohol ,the extracting time were used as the factors .Results The optimal extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr .Antiasthma Capsules was as follows :adding 15 times amount of 40% alcohol ,extract temperature at 40 ℃ ,extraction 3 times ,and 1 hour for each time .Conclusion The verification test results show that the optimized process is reasonable and feasible .
