Abstract:The time span of the planning of the Beijing 2049 will be as long as 40 years.With a view to the world trend and long term state development strategy,the researches for the Beijing 2049 need extracting experience from history by analysis of the development of megalopolises at home and abroad during the last 50years.It also needs strategy study of development,accurate control of urban development conditions and exploration of urban scientific development pattern of Beijing.
