Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of eliminating turbid and detoxication Methods 66 Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups of 11: normal control group (control group), model group, retinoic acid treatment group (RA group), detoxification Huazhuo and stomach side high-dose treatment group (high-dose group), detoxification Huazhuo and stomach Fang-dose treatment group (middle-dose group), detoxification Huazhuo and stomach side low-dose treatment group (low-dose group). Insert spring with Helicobacter replicated with CAG precancerous lesion complex model, each group was given the appropriate drugs fed one time each day, each 2mL, for 12 weeks and then use gene by reverse transcription (RT) and polymerase chain amplification (PCR) combined (RT-PCR) detection of precancerous lesions in rat gastric mucosal expression of CyclinD1 and PTEN mRNA. Results: This experiment successfully replicated the rat model with gastric precancerous lesions. Compared with normal control group, the expression of CyclinD1 mRNA expression significantly increased and the PTEN mRNA expression significantly reduced in model group (P0.05). High-dose treatment group of Chinese medicine, treatment group of retinoic acid can reduce the expression of CyclinD1 mRNA, and increase the PTEN mRNA expression, and the effect of those two groups was better than the effect of the middle and low dosages of Chinese medicinet (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the middle and low dosages of Chinese medicine (P0.05). There was no significant difference between high-dose treatment group of Chinese medicine and retinoic acid treatment group (P0.05). Conclusion: Eliminating turbid and detoxication can improve gastric precancerous lesions in rats and reverse the pathological changes of gastric mucosa, and its role in gastric mucosa may be related to the impact of CyclinD1, PTEN mRNA expression.
