Abstract:Objective To study on secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus No·5094 from the south china sea. MethodsThe compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basia of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. ResultsSix metabolites were obtained and elucidated as 1,4-dihydroxy-7-methylanthracene-9,10-dione(1),Emodin monomethyl ether(2),Emodin-1,6-dimethyl ether(3),Chrysophanol(4),1,4,6-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-7-methylanthracene-9,10-dione(5),Emodin(6).In the preliminary bioassay,1 show strong inhibittory activity on the KB,KBv200 with LD50 values of 5.5μmol and 10.2 μmol,respectively. ConclusionThe Six metabolites were obtained from endophytic fungus No·5094 for the first time.
