Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation between serum cholinesterase (ChE) and hepatopathy. Methods the serum ChE and the serum markers of fibrosis activity with hepatopathy were detected and analyzed the association between them. Results The more hepatic cells injured, the severe the degree of fibrosis and the much decrease of serum ChE, the much increase of the HA level, as it showed a negative relation. Conclusion Serum ChE is the sensitive marker for elevating the degrees of hepatic tissue injury and fibrosis.
