Abstract:The formation of the core socialist value system is a long historical process. The core socialist value system is the soul, command and lifeline of the harmonious culture. The construction of the core value system should be based on the construction of harmonious culture. In the construction of harmonious culture, the Party is the key, publicity and education are the focus and the emphasis should be placed on the innovation of the cultural activities of the public and the breakthrough lies in the elimination of factors that cause disharmony.
