Effect evaluation of traumatic rupture of spleen treated by retention or resection surgery

Abstract:Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of operating 50 spleen retention surgeries of traumatic rupture of spleen,and to put forward that the spleen should be retained as much as possible in the condition of non-pathological cases.Method The clinical data of 50 retention cases of traumatic rupture of spleen group and 30 resection cases of traumatic rupture of spleen group were contrasted.Results Fifty retention cases got good wound healing,strong anti-infection ability,quickly restore of the body and fewer complications.Conclusion Spleen plays an important part in anti-inflammatory,immunity,hematopoiesis and regulating,etc.So spleen should be retained as much as possible in the condition of non-pathological cases.
