Design of a Great Angular Momentum Brushless DC Gyro Motor

Abstract:A brushless DC gyro motor was introduced in this paper.Main body of the motor adopted great angular momentum structure and series magnetic circuit being made of radial magnetization magnet.Some effective minimization techniques of cogging torque,stator iron losses and rotor eddy-current loss were adopted.The motor connected with controller achieved some technical requirement such as starting credibility,rapid start and high speed stabilization.So the measure precision and working reliability of the system were ensured.Finally,put forward an improved project aiming at the deficiency.
