Abstract:The status of municipal sewage treatment was analyzed,include lots of deficiencies of the processing.For the production requirements of a sewage treatment plant in Tianjin,combined with characteristics of processes and stages of the process,a integration control program combined with part control in processing was elaborated which is based on Ethernet.The electrical control system was composed of the position machine and PLC provided by AB company.It achieved a full range of optimal control,improved the working conditions and the control performance,achieved energy saving targets.Actual running shows that it is reliable and efficient.
