Partner Selection Based on Uncertain Language Group Decision-Making Method for Virtual Logistics Center

Abstract:It is a crucial step to select proper partners in the founding process of a virtual logistics center,which can directly determine its responsive velocity to the market,performance and success or failure.Considering the specific characteristics of the appraisement of virtual logistics center partners,the index system of appraising partners was constructed.A model of virtual logistics center partner selection based on uncertain language multi-attribute group decision-making method was proposed,which combined uncertain language evaluation and multi-attribute group decision-making method.In this model,the group overall evaluation of each alternative partner could be obtained by using Uncertain Expansion Weighting Arithmetic Average(UEWAA) operator and Uncertain Expansion Order Weighting Average(UEOWA) operator to aggregate successively the appraisal information of every attribute and the comprehensive appraisal information of every expert,and the formula of possibility degree is used to construct a possibility degree matrix(or called complementary judgment matrix),and then,the priority formula of complementary judgment matrix was used to rank the alternatives and to select the most desirable one(s).Finally,a calculation was given to exemplify its applications.
