Abstract:The beginning and actualities of the sharing practice which included the sharing of fundamental construction,literatures,science datum and internet were analyzed.Some problems about the actualities were indicated;many experiences of the international society were summarized;then,the basic approach of ourselves were suggested:first,using international experiences;second,design and implement sharing strategy;the third,establishing scientific manage system;the fourth,creating social surrounding;the fifth,establishing related institutions;the last,constructing the sharing system.
