Research on Variation and Sustainable Development of Land-use in Xinluo Region of Longyan City Based on The TM Image

Abstract:Using the RS and GIS technology and taking the Rs image of 1985 and 2000’s in Xinluo region as the data source,the variation and transfer condition of land-use is obtained by the computer-aided artificial interpretation and comparison.The result is that the arable land is converted to forest land;the forest land is major converted to grassland;part of them is converted to the water and the construction land;the grassland is converted to the forest land;the construction land is major converted to arable land;part of them is converted to forest land.The problem of land-use exising in research area is also analyzed,and the solving method and procedure is also put forward.The first is to keep the dynamic balance of the total arable land;the second is to improve the land ecological environment;the third is to strengthen the land development and arable land re-cultivation;the fourth is to raise the intensive utilization level of land;the fifth is improve the land resource sustainable development by the circular economy.
