Effects of Nanopatch Delivering HPV16 E7siRNA on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Cervial Cancer

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effects of nanopatch delivering HPV16 E7siRNA on proliferation and apoptosis of cervical cancer.Methods: Set up cervical cancer nude models,with nanopatch deliveried HPV16 E7siRNA into the transplanted tumor of nude mice models;apoptosis and the expression of Ki-67 were detected by TUNEL and immunohistochemistry staining at 2 days after treatment.Results: After treatment there were many TUNEL positive cells in experimental group,the expression of Ki-67 decreased significantly,the difference of apoptosis index and proliferation index between experimental group and control group was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Using nanopatch to deliver siRNA to cervical cancer can induce apoptosis and inhibiting of the proliferation significantly.
