Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of small non-coding RNAs that have been demonstrated to be involved in many biological functions.miRNAs may bind to mRNA 3'UTR to inhibit the translation of mRNA or directly degrade the expression of mRNA.Some miRNAs,such as miR-17-92,may serve as oncogenes;and another miRNAs,such as miR-15,may serve as tumor suppressors.And miRNAs may play a important role in tumor stem cells.miRNAs are becoming important targets and biomarkers for tumor treatment and diagnosis.
