Application of cone-beam CT technology in radiation therapy

Abstract:Image-guided radiation therapy has become a brand-new technology for treating cancer in recent years.Cone-beam CT is not only a new kind of CT imaging technology,but also the key equipment in the image-guided radiation therapy system.This article introduced the basic principle of cone-beam CT and its application and research progress in radiation therapy,as well as the cone-beam CT image processing techniques.
