Curative effect of safflower injection on non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome and protective effect on interventional therapy

Abstract:Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect of safflower injection on non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome and the protective effect on interventional therapy.Methods 84 non-ST ACS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.At phase 1,the releasing degree of angina pectoris and the change of ECG in the two groups were observed and compared and the curative effect was evaluated.At phase 2,the changes of CRP and TnI in the two groups before and after interventional therapy were compared and the protective effect of safflower injection on interventional therapy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91% and that in control group was 75%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and TnI in treatment group after interventional therapy were obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Safflower injection has better curative effect on non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome and has protective action on interventional therapy.
