College(Department)Culture and Its Construction of Comprehensive University in the Perspective of Culture in an Organization

Abstract:In the perspective of culture in an organization,the essence of college(department) culture is actually a management idea and management method,which is based on human,by the means of culture-induced,with the purpose of stimulating self-conscious,behaviors of faulty members and students.The research on college(department) culture of comprehensive university not only can enrich culture theory on campus,but also has necessity in practice.College(department) culture and campus culture are a holistic,meantime,the former with the characters of more scientific,more refer to local area and more aheading time.The construction of college(department) culture is so complex a system engineering that we must obey reasonable management concept,pay attention to the fuction of informal organization and the management of culture networks,create activities and ceremonies to care culture and shape traditional culture.
