Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics and demands of E-government, this paper analyzes the workflow reference model of Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) and the detailed specifications of its interfaces, and discusses the design of the E-government workflow based on J2EE. In particular, it discusses the design pattern of MVC based on Struts and the architecture of W-Flow, and using the XML Process Definition Language (XPDL) to implement Workflow Definition Interchange (Interface).

Abstract:The design of the stock system is directed by the J2EE technology. It implements a 3-level E-government application architecture with B/S structure. The security of the stock operations is also ensured by the security framework which is combined with portal user management, Web level and EJB level. The system implements an expandable generic data access interface. The application of the stock system used in Guangdong province shows that the system design is feasible and effective.

Abstract:A data integration architecture consisted of application-layer,interface layer,data integration layer,adapter layer and data layer are presented.XML technology is used to solve data heterogeneous transformation;Web services technology is used to achieve adapter design used to extract local model and data conversion.Merging algorithm is used to complete each data fusion results sorting;using thread pool technology is improved the overall system performance.The deployment tests in tomcat and axis2 framework show that this architecture could achieve prospective effect.

Abstract:The GIS plays an important role in e-government information management for spatial information management, broadcasting, data management, statistical analysis, and decision supporting. This paper described the elementary requirement and the essential technology for e-government information management and proposed a framework of unified e-government information management platform based on the Web-GIS, J2EE and EJB technology. The GIS and spatial information visualization are implemented by the Java GIS applet. The e-government information that contained the geo-referenced data can be visualized with GIS distribution maps. The visualization of infectious disease situation can be displayed with distribution maps. The platform can be integrated into other e-government information management system for the spatial related information visualization.

Abstract:ESB (enterprise service bus) has become the key technique in distributed application integration.First,the basic function of ESB is discussed,then a new Web service-oriented ESB architecture is provided,which regards SOAP engine as core service,takes the appli- cation adapter as unification transforming interface for heterogeneous system message,monitors the data communication protocol by transport a- dapter to implement message communication,uses the service adapter to search,locate and execute Web services.Finally,a solution of elec- tronic government information resource exchange platform based on ESB is presented.It can adapt to heterogeneity,complexity and dynamic characteristic of electronic government resources,and has good scalability.
