Abstract:Based on an account of the significance,origin and present development of the work of subject librarian,inadequacy of the present work of the subject librarian has been discovered.Accordingly,the feasibility of the application of blog into the librarian's work has been explored with a brief review of the basic features of blog.Some proposals have been given in respect of enhancing the subject librarian's qualification,enriching information resource and enlarging users' virtual learning.It is concluded that the application of blog can enhance the work of subject librarian in university library.

Abstract:The blogosphere is a new communication platform in the network in which netizen have strong writing enthusiasm,common interests and exchange willingness.The biogosphere has many features such as aggregation of netizen,emotion communication,shared information and cooperation.In blogosphere,publicity and privacy,sensibility and neutrality,activity and structure can be balanced.As an ideal communicative environment,the biogosphere can avoid single writing and unorganized flaw in spreading.It is in favor of controlling the order of net society.The features of blogosphere such as network convenience,interactivity and openness make it become a platform for exchanging information,studying teaching and sharing information in adult continuing education.The blogosphere is not in use in adult continuing education yet.More attention and study should be paid on its application and standard management from the aspects of morality,technology and law.

Abstract:In order to solve the blogs scarcity problem for individual users in the market, and to meet user exchange and study purpose, personal blog system was born. The system used C# language, Visual Studio tools, and B/S architecture, which was combined with SQL Server database Server and other tools. The system strove to achieve complete system architecture, and completely perfect functions. There were two functional modules that were user and administrator in the system, which could be detailed into popular blog, popular blog, popular album, column selection, fundraising information, advertising application, advertising view, personal center, login (administrator login and user login) and registration links. Personal blog system meet individual needs for innovation, and enhance the basic blog function, while blog serves the people. The system has the characteristics that time and space cannot limit users and promote the dissemination of information and culture.

Abstract:With the development of internet and handheld terminal,Application(APP) has been extensively applied in information services and knowledge dissemination by its characteristics such as convenient,speedy and personalized customization push.APP mobile services provided by foreign libraries have many types,such as basic mobile services,digital resource push,community services,and so on.Meanwhile,a small number of libraries in China has just started to provide mobile services with new technologies,such as APP.Most services of them are the extension of traditional services,and their contents and forms are simple.In order to promote the development of APP mobile services,libraries should pay more attention to the potential mobile information needs of users,dig and integrate characteristic collection resources,expand service functions,focus on the technical cooperation with third-party,and strengthen the marketing and promotion.
