Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic angiogenesis effect of Danhong injection and Adenosine Triphosphate(ATP) on rabbit with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 21 female Japan-sino hybridization white rabbit ligated anterior descending branch of cornorary artery were randomly divided into 3 groups and administered NS,Danhong injection and adenosine triphosphate injection.14 days latter,the hearts of them were moved and cut into slices,and then the slices were handled with the immunohistochemical study of VEGF and CD34.Results There are more expressions of VEGF in both infarction zone and its border and the zone of non-infarction in group 2 and 3 than group 1,and the same with the density of capillary.Conclusion Both Danhong injection and adenosine can increase the expression of VEGF and the density of capillary.
