Abstract:The agent construction system mode is a type of new construction management system, related to the management efficiency and level of government's public project, but it encountered many obstacles and problems to promote in China. In this paper, three typical agent systems were contrasted and analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages were combined to point out the existing problems of the current system mode, and based on these problems specific countermeasures were put forward. The research in this paper is important to the promotion and application of the agent system in China. © 2010 IEEE.

Abstract:Based on dynamic and distributed characteristic of remote sensing Integrated survey data, combined with the theory of multi-agent, built up a architecture which integrated data base with the model base and knowledge base, real- ized the core function of information management and decision-making. and brought forward a decision-making process based on this architecture. then discussed the information collection and database management, brought forward a scheme to store and manage data based on Geodatabase of ArcInfo. Some key technology of the system about agent learning and case reasoning also introduced in the article. in the end, proved its reasonability and practicality by building a prototype.

Abstract:Advances in computer network technology have brought process control theory into a new field. In modern process industry, one of the key issues is how to solve the island automation. A feasible solution is to construct a distributed control system by communication network. In this paper, we propose an intelligent supervisory control system architecture based on multi-agent theory. The system is composed of user agent, management agent, diagnosis agent, optimization agent, regulator agent, measurement agent, data agent and production agent with different objects and tasks. The implementation technology of the agent-based distributed supervisory control system with COM/DCOM and CORBA standard is introduced in detail. Its main advantages include that it is an open, distributed and flexible system, and it has strong reusability and can be easily implemented with the developing software technology.

Abstract:To meet the clients' requirements, a collaborative commerce system including the exterior trade and interior production is built based on the multi-agent system, which is based on agent technology. The system optimizes the business affairs by the bid organization based on the bulletin board technology, and decomposes the requirements effectively by the shortest paths. The mutually logical coupling relations between the requirements are illustrated to form the coordination mechanism of competition and cooperation.

Abstract:An open architecture of information integrating based on multi-agent (OAIIA) was proposed. OAIIA consists of interface tier, coordination tier and model tier, and each tier is composed of multi-agent. Due to the explicit three-tier structure of OAIIA and the autonomy, sociability, reactivity and rationality of multi-agent, the enterprise information integrating platform based on OAIIA has many advantages such as good open ability, integration ability and self adaptability. The implementation technique and a case of supporting dynamic business process based on OAIIA were discussed.

Abstract:With the wide range of community needs, the rapid development of information technology and the rapid extension of the Internet, modern distance education has been more and more widely used. However, the current prevalence distance education system has series of drawbacks such as poor intelligence, lacking interactive tools, the loose knowledge structure, not high degree of resource sharing. According to Multi-Agent features and the process of daily teachers' guide for the students intelligent teaching process is analyzed based on Multi-Agent, and a new modern design models of distance education system is presented based on Multi-Agent. Its main functions and some of the key technologies of the system to achieve are discussed. The model of the intelligent Agent may obtain students' information. Abstract:Life cycle engineering design (LCED) is the key and comprehensive technology to realize manufacturing industries’ sustainable development. Its main objective is to support design teams to create products considering the entire product life-cycle from conception through manufacturing and assembly to disassembly, recycling, disposal, and lifecycle assessment. So LCED should be collaboratively implemented among the different departments. This paper puts forward knowledge management architecture of LCED based ontologies and multi-agent system. The definition of the domain-specific ontology, the multi-agent architecture are described. Based on the two concepts, this paper discusses the detailed construction of CAD agents, LCED evaluation agents and knowledge maintenance agents and the system implementation. It can fulfill the concurrent collaborative developing of a product under distributed environments and also meet the requirement of knowledge sharing, interoperability, reusing among the whole lifecycle of product.

Abstract:It's hard to search the needed knowledge in the Internet, because the same knowledge usually have different descriptions and name when knowledge management system takes mass knowledge in the Internet as source. Knowledge was described with ontology and different descriptions of the same knowl-edge were connected by using the similar ontology to resolve the problem. A prototype of web knowledge management system based on ontology (O-WKMS) was developed in order to reduce the difficult of ontol-ogy establishment and decrease the ontology maintenance costs. The system structure model and process model were presented. The technology {or ontology establishment of collaborative based on self-organiza-tion principle was described in detail, and ontology-based semantic search was realized with Lucene engine. Primary application shows that the enterprise's knowledge base can be further ordered and the efficiency for web knowledge discovery, management and retrieval can be improved with the knowledge ontology establishment of collaborative and self-organization mode.

Abstract:Over the past decades, Distributed Systems (DS) have been adopted for industrial applications to improve the system efficiency because distributed architecture has advantages in resource utilization, fault toleration .etc. Multi-Agent System (MAS) arises from combination of the theories of artificial intelligence and distributed systems. One character of MAS is their self-organization, so how to implement an effective mechanism for self-organization of agents is important to a MAS system, this paper describes the design and implementation of a Mobile-C based agent management system, in which Mobile-C was adopted as the implementation platform, and this paper also described an agent-based cooperative design application using this system to manage all the agents involved.

Abstract:Based on the complicated adaptability theory, SWARM is able to effectively simulate dynamic action and information interaction of many various objects, and it can adapt different complex, open and distributed system due to many fine characteristics such as independence, distributing, corresponding, studying and consequence ability about multi agent technology. The paper introduces the basic structure and modeling methods of SWARM, discusses its possible applications in power systems. In power system, multi agent technology is applied to many fields like static stability analysis, system default and protection, system optimization and load forecast, system control and information integration, power market etc. On the basis of resumptive introduction of practical applications of multi agent technology in power systems, the power supply load balance problem is solved with SWARM.

Abstract:The application of multi-agent technology in manufacturing is a research focus. CSCW and CORBA,two related technologies of multi-agent technology, are discussed firstly. This paper gives a survey of multi-agent technology for holonic manufacturing system, supply chain management, virtual enterprise, robot, process planning system, scheduling and assembly. Based on synthesis of literature search and subsistent research, main research method, technology and current state in these areas are discussed and future research fields of multi-agent based manufacturing system in methodology, learning mechanism, system integration, coordination mechanism and conflict resolution are proposed.

Abstract:In order to enhance the efficiency of software programming for the sales and allocation management system,and in accordance with the complex and fussy features of enterprise business process,a method is proposed that constructs the sales and allocation management system based on Multi-Agent technology.It first analyzes the enterprise business process of sales and allocation,and then the hierarchal structure of sales and allocation management system based on multi-agent in clothing enterprise is gained.The paper illustrates the function of each Agent and the collaboration between Agents.Finally,the realization of this system is given with an application case.In virtue of Multi-Agent technology,the capability of the system is enhanced in the aspects of intelligence and transplant.
