Urbanization Strategy and way to Speed Up the Development of Culture Industry

Abstract:It is necessary to further study the real background for the development of Chinese cultural industry in order to accelerate its development.What is most influential to the cultural industry in China is urbanization,which is world-wide overwhelming and dominant in China.In the era of post-industry and consumption civilization,the culture itself is the core function and important means to exist for modern cities.Any producing activity with the attribution of culture industry is closely related to city.Compared with the modern cities which have the mining,smelting and spinning as their main body,post-industry cities is characterized by the high-tech industry,operation of financial capital,information industry and culture industry,which become the dominant mechanism in material production and economic development.Culture industry is closely related to the highly-developed metropolis and urban agglomeration.The development of culture industry must be combined with the strategy of urbanization in China.Firstly,studies should be carried out about the industry urbanization and overall framework.Secondly,studies should be carried out about the theory framework and new growth pole.
