Abstract:Antecedent factors of knowledge sharing can be summarized as five categories: knowledge factors,personal factors,organizational factors,technological factors and cultural factors.The present research trend is:(1)antecedent factors focus on the factors related to people;(2)cultural factors have been gotten more and more attention;(3)theoretical depth of the research is deeper and deeper.The direction of future research is as follows:(1)the effects and the action mechanism of Chinese culture factors on knowledge sharing;(2)the integration of existing research achievements.

Abstract:Tacit knowledge is a core concept in organization and management studies.However,owing to the vagueness of definition and immaturity of technique,the existing studies conducted in the last two decades are mostly conceptual in nature,and there is still a long way from developing a sufficient and systematic theory.The article begins by reviewing the backgrounds of the burgeoning of tacit knowledge research.Then the essential attributes of tacit knowledge and the major dilemmas existing in academic research are induced based on a systematic literature review.Finally,drawing on theoretical frameworks in the field of cognitive psychology,the author recommends adopting the dichotomy of declarative and procedural knowledge to study knowledge related issues.Further,the author also suggests that the causal mapping is an appropriate technique to induce and capture procedural knowledge which is highly context dependent and causality ambiguous in nature.

Abstract:This paper reviews the current researches about knowledge management. Though summarizing the concept and characters of knowledge described in extant literature, we point out that there are two main branches of the researches: the side of knowledge management technologies and the side emphasized people activities, in mainstream knowledge management researches. More specifically, the remainder of the paper focuses on the latter side. We review three main areas in the mainstream researches. Then, by posing the fundamental challenges the knowledge management researches faced, the paper discusses the possible development directions of current researches.

Abstract:Entering 21 st century, knowledge has already become the most important strategic resource for enterprises. The key factors of keeping continuous competitive advantages for an enterprise are the abilities of knowledge management and knowledge innovations. Enterprise knowledge management is a new subject with great theoretical meaning and actual meaning. From a new angle, guided by systematic viewpoint, this paper analyses deeply and explores synthetically enterprise knowledge management as a complicated system problem by doing the following:Defining the implication of enterprise knowledge management;Analyzing three kinds of the key elements in enterprise knowledge management and the interaction relations among the elements; Proposing and probing into the structure of enterprise knowledge management. Considers the structure as the open dynamic network structure with multidimensional space. Through drawing the state chart of key elements, analyzes the functions of enterprise knowledge management; Proposing and studying the interaction mechanisms between three kinds of the key elements and enterprise knowledge management. Abstract:In order to solve the existing problems of enterprise in knowledge management and technology creation and to exert technology creation ability of enterprise, the developments of enterprise knowledge management technology and tool were studied. The knowledge management included four kinds of knowledge transformation process: socialization of knowledge, externalization of knowledge, transformation of knowledge and internalization of knowledge. These four processes required corresponding management technologies and tools. The knowledge management technology and its tool were of important significance to enterprise development. The main manifestation of the present developments of the knowledge management technology and tool included: utilizing Intranet/Extranet/Internet to extending the communication scope of implicit knowledge, establishing improved exciting mechanism, investigating knowledge map and knowledge highway which were technologies and tools to support knowledge management, using organization facing to process, and realizing management around the development and design even as well as the whole life period of the product.
