Research on the Development of Digital Content Industry——Discussion Targeted on the Evaluation Standards for Content Industry

Abstract:The Group Seven Information Congress has put forward the concept of "Digital Content Industry" firstly in the year of 1995.In 2005,OECD considered economic as a product which is being transformed from tangible to intangible.According to network research,we found out that different countries and regions have different ways in expressing digital content industry.The paper analyzing the boundaries of digital content industry,the constituent elements of digital industrial chain and basic content,and we designed first and second grade indices from 9 aspects including Industry Environments,Human Resources,Enterprises,Products,Markets, Services and Industry Chains.All of the information contributes a basic frame of digital industry.
