Determination of heavy metals in soil by dynamic reaction cell-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrum

Abstract:Heavy metals in soil had been determined by DRC-ICP-MS with microwave digestion in this paper.The interferences(such as polyatomic ions,salinity) were intensively investigated based on improving the analyte signal/background ratio and accuracy.It is shown that dynamic reaction gas NH3 can efficiently eliminate the interferences of polyatomic ions,that the salinity of the samples are below 2.0 g/L.And detection limits are 0.008～0.32 μg/L,with the recoveries of 92%～109%.
