Abstract:At present,Industry Ecology(IE)and Circular Economy(CE)theory had got more and more attention by government and scholars in our country.But comparing with developed country,we are still week in the carding about theory development skeleton and trend.And it baffles the theory system development.Then,combing with the theory development across the world,this paper conducts'a review on the theory initiating background,tenet and development trend.And we hope it could beuseful for IE and CE theory development in our country.
