Abstract:We treated Nitratia tangutorum for mitigative effect under 400 mmol / L NaCl stress with 0,0. 5,1. 0 and 1. 5 mmol / L salicylic acid( SA). Injury to the plasma membrane of Nitratia tangutorum, which was induced by salinity of 400 mmol / L,decreases with different contents of SA,keeps stable under 1. 0 mmol / L SA. The malondialdehyde is served as plasmalemma peroxide product, and its variation is consistent with that of electrolyte leakage with a significant positive correlation( r=0. 439). The activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase are the highest after nine-day treatment, and they can enhance the ability of clearing the reactive oxygen. The mitigative effect is obvious under 0. 5 mmol / L SA in three days, but is not obvious for a long time treatment. 1. 5 mmol / L SA is a bad performance to Nitratia tangutorum. Therefore, the tolerance of Nitratia tangutorum to complex saline stress is when the SA is <1. 0 mmol / L in nine days, and the less the content of SA is,the shorter the time of mitigative effect is.
