Abstract:In real-time systems,processing tasks become more and more complicated and the demand for real-time processing becomes rigorous.It is a good choice to take up multi-processor scheme to meet these rising requirements.Ferroelectric memory can be used in this kind of system to meet the needs for volatile and nonvolatile memory,also to plot reason able functions and simplify the circuits.
