Abstract:The title compound, (1R,2R,3R,5S)-3-(3-chlorophenyl)-1-hydroxy-2-methyl-6-phenyl-8-oxa-6-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-7-one, was synthesized and characterized by H-1 and C-13 NMR and HRMS spectroscopy. Its absolute molecular configuration was investigated by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure analysis revealed that the structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type O-H horizontal ellipsis O. The methyl group and chlorophenyl group are located in the cis configuration. The conformation is stabilized by weak intermolecular C-H... O interactions.

Abstract:In the title molecule, C18H11Cl3N2O2, the central benzene ring is oriented at 8.44 (12) and 70.57 (11)degrees with respect to the terminal chlorophenol and dichloropyridine rings, respectively. The molecular structure is stabilized by an intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bond, which generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, pi-pi stacking between parallel pyridine rings is observed [centroid-centroid distance = 3.6561 (14) angstrom].

Abstract:In the title compound, C18H13ClN2OS, the thiazolidinone ring is slightly distorted and adopts a envelope conformation. The basal plane is nearly perpendicular to the quinoline ring, forming a dihedral angle of 86.1 (1)degrees, and makes a dihedral angle of 14.9 (1)degrees to the benzene ring. The benzene ring is also nearly perpendicular to the quinoline ring, forming a dihedral angle of 89.4 (1)degrees. In the crystal, non-classical C-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds link the molecules, forming polymers along b.

Abstract:In the title molecule, C25H21ClN4OS, the triazole ring forms dihedral angles of 47.9 (2), 84.5 (2) and 3.9 (2)° with the two phenyl rings and the chlorophenyl ring, respectively. The chlorophenyl ring, the triazole ring and the conjugative linker between the two aromatic rings are nearly coplanar with an r.m.s. deviation of 0.0483 (2) Å and a maximum deviation of 0.0911 (2) Å.

Abstract:In the title compound, C19H19ClO4, the di-hydro-pyran ring and the cyclo-hexane ring adopt a half-chair conformation and a chair conformation, respectively. The cyclo-hexene ring has an envelope conformation with the central CH2 C atom as the flap. This atom is disordered over two positions [site-occupancy ratio = 0.744 (12):0.256 (12)] above and below the mean plane formed by the other five atoms. In the crystal, O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds between hy-droxy and carbonyl groups link mol-ecules into chains propagating along [001].
