Abstract:Epilepsy is a disease of brain characterized by the persistent generation of epilepsy inducing permanent brain dysfunction,resulting to consequence of relative neurobiology,cognize,psychology and sociology.To learn the exactly mechanism of epilepsy generation and development is significant for curing and preventing epilepsy.Studies of epilepsy model are various and one of models is brain slice which mimic the condition of in vivo similar and contribute to the further research of epilepsy.We summary recently researches to probe the preparation and application of brain slice.
