Abstract:The work of counselors for college students is becoming increasingly complicated in the new age.A counselor,therefore,must have five basic qualities and be able to guide college students in five major areas.A counselor should love his or her students,know how to deal with their ideological issues,and help them grow healthily to become useful people.
