Abstract:This paper aims at the status of pulse generator's market supply and application,presents a design of programmable pulse generator which use the single chip processor as the CPU core,expounds the generator's hardware structure and software design method,and gives corresponding hardware circuit and software design process.In order to validate the rationality of the design,it can be applied in stepper motor controller of a monitoring and control system,and tested,the results show that the design with low cost,high reliability and other characteristics,especially the pulse width and cycle programmable preset,not only increases the flexibility of the equipment,and expanded the scope of application,can be applied in multifunctional monitoring and control system.
