Abstract:The construction of harmonious socialist society gives ecological civilization specific meanings:it must be economic and powerful,be brave enough to establish new ideology and get away from old ideas,benefit both human beings and the environment; its value orientation is to construct a harmonious,welfare and sustainable society. The ways to realize the above goals is subject to the transformation from irrational use of natural resources into scientific use of intellectual resources,from one-sided demand into natural and rational exchange of substance ,from the extensive mode of production into the intensive one.
