Abstract:Objective To analyze the hypertensive intracerebral out affect hematoma enlargement and short-term prognosis,provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods Hypertensive stroke patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2012,100 cases for the survey,all patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.In vestigation of patients with general information,measured after admission △SBP,determination of the amount of bleeding,early hematoma increases,the analysis of the acute phase of the blood pressure and related factors with the short-term prognosis.Results Of head CT,31 patients hematoma enlargement.The univariate analysis results affect hematoma enlargement: the admission NIHSS,hematoma irregular △SBP≥50 mmHg after admission,which hematoma morphology,△SBP after admission and hematoma expansion correlation.Admission △SBP,the initial CT hematoma volume,hematoma expansion of the main factors affecting prognosis △SBP.Conclusion Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients after the onset of hematoma enlargement there hematoma irregular morphology related.Out of blood,hematoma enlargement is an independent prognostic risk factors.
