Research on MC-oriented Customer Requirement Description of Forklift

Abstract:Customer requirement is the premise to realize mass customization. This paper proposes a general description method for the individual parameters of MC-oriented forklift, a new graph (XSG) for the description method and the relational storage of the XML model with optional relation. The method could achieve the express of customer requirement effectively and had been verified in the product development of forklift.
