Abstract:The early appraisal and the diagnosis are the first step of postpartum depression prevention and intervention. Through the status analysis of postpartum depression appraisal and diagnosis method application to provide the foundation for enhancing the results’ scientific of appraises and diagnoses. Literature measurement analysis was used to analyze the scales of postpartum depression appraisal and the diagnosis in domestic researches. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale is the first choice in screening. The analysis demonstrated that the detection rates have big difference using the identical kind of scale and the different scale carries on the appraisal. Through the suitable screening scale selected to enhance the commeasurability of result. At the same time,the study of the cut-off value should be strengthened.
