Abstract:Under the background of the construction of new rural areas,the paper analyzes the financial investment of the rural compulsory education.Although it rise rapidly,the expenditure is insufficient and the structure is improper.This paper points out that the unreasonable financial system is the fundamental reason.At last it put forward some efficient suggestions to perfect the financial system.
