Abstract:By using the method of questionnaire,statistics,comparison and analysis on coaches and athletes in Zhejiang and others provinces,the author thinks that the main problem is poor management mechanism on Wushu.It leads to coaches and athletes lacking of training enthusiasm,advantage of talented athletes cannot be exerted fully and cannot form self-characteristics.It suggests that establishing Wushu management center in Zhejiang province,reforming employment mechanism,adjusting structure of coaches,making good use of human resource,perfecting encouragement and carrying on object management.

Abstract:Based on the method of the documentary,interview and on-the spot investigation,this paper analyzes the situation of sports facility construction in the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.The result shows that floor space of sports facility in majority new residential communities can meet the under-standard set by government,but minority new residential areas can meet the up-standard.On the whole,the author thinks that sports facilities in Hangzhou new city residential areas doesn't meet thee public increasing needs for sport activities,what are the troubles of plan and management of the new residential areas,points out some trouble which needs settle right away.Corresponding suggestions are benefit to the supporting facilities construction of the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.

Abstract:Abstract In the post epidemic era, the construction of intelligent fitness post and sports service system has become a meaningful way to improve residents’ physical fitness and health, and this study aims to explore practical strategies in this field. A fitness station model combining medicine is adopted, and big data technology is utilized to realize real-time monitoring of physiological data and screening of health hazards for fitness groups. Meanwhile, a framework of urban brilliant sports service system is proposed to ensure the integrity and coordination of the service system. The study also used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and factor analysis models to assess the sports service level. The results show that the fitness model of medical integration significantly improves the physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly people. In addition, through the case study of sports public services in Province S, it was found that the ratings were high in cultural and social functional values, but the fundamental applicable values still need to be strengthened. The comprehensive evaluation results show that the overall level of sports public services in Province S is good, but there is still room for improvement.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of Shanghai Fitness Court and investigate the needs from the residents.METHODS Objective observation method was employed to study five fitness courts in town of Qibao,Shanghai.Also,175 residents were interviewed with questionnaires by trained interviewers.RESULTS The young,the middle-aged and female were the main users of the fitness courts observed.More people exercised in the morning and on holidays compared with other counterpart time period.Preference of facilities varied among age groups.The study also revealed that most residents investigated thought fitness courts useful in community-based physical activity promotion,while the safety and diversity of fitness facilities need to be improved.Health education on health enhanced physical activities was proposed to be conducted among community residents.CONCLUSION The community Fitness Court in Shanghai plays an importantly positive role in promoting residents'physical activity in community,but there is still space for improvement on the following aspects:facility design,setting up and management,maintenance and health education.

In this article,through the methods of literature,the study of the status quo of our country sports fitness club,found that many problems exist in the developing of fitness clubs in China:government lacks effective management mechanism,imperfect service system,their own lack of professional talents and scientific management mechanism,form a single marketing propaganda. And then puts forward the corresponding development countermeasure,in order to better play to the government function,promote healthy development of the national fitness sports and sports industry,promote the improvement of the operation mode of sports clubs in China and the improvement of economic efficiency,better play to the sports fitness club for the national fitness and the role of the mass sports development. the correct health consciousness and sports consciousness,improve the physical fitness of autonomy and initiative,better play sports fitness club for the national fitness and the role of the mass sports development.

Abstract:By using the method of field survey on the category, scale and distribution of community sports facilities and the questionnaire on resident’s utilization of these facilities in the western residential area of Hangzhou city, This paper found out that there were many problems in community sports facilities such as the absence of the category, small scale, the irrational distribution and so on. These problems were mainly caused for failure to regard highly on sports facilities planning in urban community, the lack of the uniform planning and the low facilities standard. In order to develop the community sports work, we should draw up the specialized planning about the urban sports facilities, enhance the screening in the layout of sports facilities in the process planning the residential district, and promote the level of sports facilities in the old and new communities.

Abstract:In this article,on the basis of the following resources:documents,questionnaires,staistics and logical analysis to 85 experts and 432 students from 11 Chinese colleges,the authors 1)make systematic researches on the theory of college students'sport and health capacity including its definition feature and formation;2)construct structural system including ability of sport and health cognition,physical sport,scientific exercise,sport adaption and health evaluation as the major factors as well as another 19 minor ones;3)make systematic researches on the authentic proof of the present condition of college students' sport and health capacity;4)make suggestions on the training strategy.The above items will provide theoretical and practical basis for the training of college students'sport and health capacity.

Abstract:ABSTRACT With the deepening of the national health program, the number of people participating in sports activities is increasing, and the problem of insufficient community sports resources is becoming more and more obvious. It is an effective way of solving the problem of injecting sports resources into the public service system of national fitness, but the process of integration of sports resources and public national fitness service is not smooth. Through expert consultation and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this study analyzed the current situation of university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness, and collected the evaluation of social fitness personnel on the opening of university resources by means of a questionnaire combined with experts' opinions, using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to transform subjective and fuzzy evaluation into objective and specific evaluation points. The research shows that the current level of university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness is low, which shows that the sports resources sharing policy under the national fitness has not been well implemented. The study proposes that the level of sharing of sports resources can be strengthened by the awareness of sharing of sports resources by university leaders and improving the management system. This study is expected to represent a reference for the university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness in the new era.

Abstract:National fitness is regarded as a key link in the progress of sports in China, and also a crucial step towards achieving a healthy China. In this grand goal framework, the traditional sports system, as the cornerstone of supporting sports activities nationwide, is increasingly prominent in its position and influence. However, with the changes of the times and the progress of society, this traditional sports system is facing various difficulties and problems. To more effectively promote the participation of the whole society in sports activities, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the core structure of these traditional sports systems and their operational methods in promoting national sports, identify their shortcomings, and provide appropriate solutions. Starting from the perspective of comprehensively improving the physical fitness of the people, this article conducts a deep analysis of the core components of the traditional sports system, explores how it promotes the process of national fitness programs, identifies existing problems, and puts forward predictions for future development trends.

Abstract:With explosive development in Chinese economy and science and technology, people’s pursuit of health becomes more and more intense, therefore Chinese resident sports fitness activities have been rapidly developed. However, different fitness events popularity degrees and effects on body energy consumption are different, so bases on this, the paper researches on fitness behaviors and gets Chinese residents sports fitness behaviors exercise guide, which provides guidance for propelling to national fitness plan’s implementation and improving Chinese resident fitness scientization. The paper starts from the perspective of energy consumption, it mainly adopts experience method, determines Chinese resident favorite sports fitness event energy consumption through observing all kinds of fitness behaviors energy consumption, and applies fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to make evaluation on bicycle riding, shadowboxing practicing, swimming, rope skipping, jogging, running, aerobics these seven fitness events. By calculating fuzzy rate model’s membership and comparing their sizes, it gets fitness behaviors that are more helpful for resident health, more effective and popular. Finally, it gets conclusions that swimming is a best exercise mode and its membership is the highest. Besides, the memberships of running, rope skipping and shadowboxing practicing are also relative higher. It should go in for bodybuilding by synthesizing above several kinds of fitness events according to different physical conditions; different living conditions so that can better achieve the purpose of fitness exercises.

Abstract:This article examines consumer preferences in the fitness services market in China, driven by the growing popularity of fitness and healthy living. Understanding fitness preferences among the population is increasingly important for developing effective fitness programs and marketing strategies. Chinese society is transitioning from traditional lifestyles to more active and healthy ones, leading to a rise in interest in physical activity and entertainment, as well as the emergence of new fitness facilities and programs. Insights into fitness preferences within the context of Chinese society can aid fitness industry enterprises and public health organizers in designing more effective and accessible programs for a broad audience. The contemporary Chinese market is one of the largest and fastest-growing globally. Economic changes in recent decades have led to a significant improvement in living standards and the emergence of new consumer trends among the Chinese population. However, these changes necessitate a thorough analysis of Chinese consumers' preferences to identify key factors influencing their choices. This study is based on a survey of 257 adults from various sociocultural groups across different regions of China. The research aims to determine the problems and prospects of engaging various population segments in health fitness activities and their consumer preferences. The results indicate varied satisfaction levels with fitness outcomes between men and women, with time constraints and lack of motivation being the main obstacles to fitness participation. Financial limitations and the distance to fitness centers also impact, albeit to a lesser extent. The most valued services for a comfortable fitness experience are massage, showers, and personal training programs. Personalized training sessions and online consultations received mixed reviews. These findings highlight the importance of addressing barriers to fitness participation and developing targeted strategies to enhance the quality of life for Chinese consumers.

Abstract:By means of literature reviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and on-the-spot observations,an investigation was carried out taking various social sports centers as the research subjects.The result indicates that there are four major locations for mass sports in Beijing,which include sports events or associations;sports activity stations;sports centers (rooms or stations) with permanent indoor exercising spaces and health and exercise spots for the mass.Most of the people who take part in these sports activities are medium or lower-medium income earners and their cost in sports is relatively low.Most of them prefer to use less variety of sports equipment or never use at all.

Abstract:In this study, the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method is used to comprehensively evaluate the status quo of the national fitness space in Jinhua City, and the key issues are found through the IPA analysis method and the optimization countermeasures are proposed. The study found that the national fitness space in Jinhua has problems such as uneven distribution and aging facilities, and there are significant differences in residents ' satisfaction and importance. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis, the study identified seven indicators that need to be improved, such as the construction of sports and leisure project sites and the construction of community ' 10-minute fitness circle '. It is suggested that Jinhua City should increase the number of venues and facilities for fitness space, improve service quality, optimize management by digital technology, and strengthen the construction of community fitness circle to meet the growing fitness needs of citizens.

Abstract:Community sports facilities are the main places for residents to carry out physical exercise in urban communities in China, and the situation of community residents' participation in fitness activities and the degree of utilization of fitness equipment are closely related to their location. Based on the GIS technology to analyze the current situation of the layout of community sports facilities in the study area, based on the policy vision of complete community construction, the problems existing in the layout of community sports facilities in the study area are dissected, and the corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed, so as to improve the management of the community sports facilities in the study area, the rational layout, and to enhance the utilization rate of the facilities, and to provide a basis for the scientific development of community sports facilities.
