Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Batroxobin and Yinxingdamo on the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion(IR) injury in rats.Methods Middle cerebral artery occlusion was used to establish the modle of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion(IR) of rats.Detect ERK expression with immunoblotting and observe the volume ratio of cerebral infarction.Results Compared with the sham group,the group of the mixed with Batroxobin and Yinxingdamo significantly increased the activation of ERK proteide,and siginificantly decreased the volume of cerebral infarction.Conclusion These findings suggest that the group of the mixed with Batroxobin and Yinxingdamo siginificantly decreased cerebral ischemia,have neuroprotective effect
