Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection control knouledge about nosocomial infection control,especially the recent new regulations and guidelines promulgated by Ministry of Public Health,and determine key objects and contents of subsequent training.METHODS The field test was adopted,which involved five aspects: hand hygiene,occupational exposures protection,multiple drug-resistant control,disinfection and isolation technology,hospital infection outbreak report and disposal,each equals 20 scores.RESULTS Of the 67 nurses,the highest score was 92,the lowest score was 43,and the average score was 74.Medical nurses′ scores were higher than surgery nurse′,and the difference of passing rate was statistically significant(χ2=6.14,P=0.013);scores of nurses from key departments were higher than scores of nurses from ordinary department,and the difference of passing rate was statistically significant(fisher test,P=0.028);there is no statistical significance among groups with different professional titles(χ2=0.041,P0.05).The infection control link nurses′ comprehension levels of nosocomial infection control were as follows: hand hygiene,occupational exposures protection,isolation technology,multiple drug-resistant control and hospital infection outbreak report and disposal.CONCLUSION Target to strengthen nosocomial infection control training,especially the dynamics and frequency of training on new standard promulgated by Ministry of Public Health,can play a more active role in the hospital infection control.
