Abstract:The purpose of the study is to find out the main problems of current risk estimation system and explore method for a standardized estimation on the risk of land requisition.Methods of comparative analysis and multi-factor comprehensive analysis were employed.The results indicate that the main problems of current risk evaluation system of land requisition include three main aspects,such as the evaluation responsibility is unclear,the function orientation is ambiguous and the procedure is unscientific.It is concluded that the risk estimation system of land requisition can be improved through clarifying the function of the assessment system,perfecting the assessment institution and optimizing the assessment procedures.Meanwhile,supplemented measures and supervision mechanism should also be established to improve the reasonableness and accuracy of the risk estimation on land requisition.

Standardized Estimation on the Risk of Social Stability Regarding Land Requisition
