Abstract:At the present time,few researchers in our country pay their attention on the mechanism of the incineration of hazardous wastes, especially on the mechanism of emissions of chlorine,heavy metals and the relation of them.Based on the fact mentioned above,we choose one of the hazardous waste,the dying residue,as the study object.We mainly study the emission characteristics of hydrochlorine when combusting the dying residue in a tubular furnace;moreover,we utilize the thermodynamics equilibrium model to investigate the effect of chlorine on the emissions of several heavy metals during incineration;finally,we also make a little researches on getting rid of chlorine with sorbents when disposing the hazardous wastes with rotary kiln.
