Abstract:Senior managers′ professional qualities have a crucial impact on the business development.By analyzing the dominant factors of senior managers′ quality structure,this paper presents a questionnaire survey on over 30 large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,in six aspects of leadership skills,communication skills,learning ability,vision,creativity,management capability to work out the general level of their professional qualities.
