HPLC determination of astragaloside IV in Huoli capsules

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside membranaceas contents in Huoli capsules.METHODS The chromatographic column of C18 was used,acetonitrile-water(36∶64) as mobile phase and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wave-length was 203 nm.RESULTS The linear range of astragaloside IV membranaceas was 0.08-0.24 g·L-1(r=0.999 5).The revovery of assay was 95.30%-101.75%,with RSD 0.87%-1.34%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Huoli capsules.
