Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the control of hospital infection at the beginning stage use of the laminar airflow(LAF) operating rooms.METHODS During the preparation stage before the LAF operating room put into use,the medical staff were trained,and the process of the ineoor environment and equipment was controlled.RESULTS The management idea of medical staff was improved,and the process of the medical staff and equipment was optimized.CONCLUSIONS As well as the key point of the hospital infection control is grasped,it is also a powerful guarantee to the development of surgery to set up a standard,safe and clean modern operating room.

Abstract:Objective Applicating process management into the hospital infection control to improve the management level of hospital infection in ICU and to decrease the incidence of hospital infection effectively.Methods The effect of the process management was evaluated based on the comparison of the projects of hospital infection monitored from January 2008 to December 2010 and the comparison of qualified rate of systematized management in ICU.Results After the process management was practiced in ICU,the incidence of infection was decreased significantly,and the eligible rate of sterilization and the qualified rate of systematized management increased at different extents.Conclusion The process management that based the relevant hospital infection laws and regulations and the focal point quality control of hospital infection was effective to decrease the incidence of hospital infection in ICU.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To strengthen the hospital infection process management,improve infection management efficiency and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. METHODS The institution each key departments and infection control ward established communication instruction book,required full-time personnel every initiative to clinical communication guidance. RESULTS Full-time personnel concept change;Full b-catalyst can,timely found two up suspected outbreak and 2 infections outbreak;Hand hygiene compliance by 30% of the 2009 and 2010 gradually improve by 65% of nosocomial infection 3.9% drop to 3.1%. CONCLUSION New methods aroused the full-time staff and monitoring work enthusiasm,do part of both,make monitoring and intervention by past results infection control process of steering and link management management.

Abstract:Objective To explore the sterilization management methods for the new field injuries comprehensive operation rescue shelter.Methods Combined with the conventional nursing method and the technical standard for sterilization,sterilization management procedures were formulated according to the characteristics of the new field injuries comprehensive operation rescue shelter.Animal experimental research was used to design plan and participating military medical service manoeuvre and long range motions were used for practical test.Results The results of animal experiment,manoeuvre in winter and summer and medical inspection in Xiuyan and Lingyuan district all showed that the average total number of bacterial were all within the qualified range.Without using any antibacterial drug,all of the 17patients with interventional diagnosis surgeries recovered well without surgery related fever or infections.Conclusion Reasonable sterilization techniques and scientific procedures management methods for the rescue shelter could prevent the cross infections and spread of the diseases and improve the military combat capacity under the conditions of field operations.

Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of hospital infection management in some hospitals in China and explore its development tendency. Methods Surveys were made by means of questionnaires on hospital infection management in 16 hospitals of various tiers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and the results were compared with those of the two nation-wide surveys conducted respectively in 1994 and 1999. At the same time a dynamic assessment was made of hand hygiene implementation. Results The infection management systems in large and medium-sized hospitals in China were becoming increasingly perfect and a fairly high level was reached in function construction, team structure and expertise of hospital infection management departments. However, there were still many problems. 60% of medical staff washed their hands after patient-contact while only 35% did so before patient-contact and after item contact. Conclusion Hospital infection management in China has reached an important stage of accelerated development with substantial accumulation and more solid foundation. However, as far as development tendency is concerned, we should introduce technical indexes for quality control, put more emphasis on process-evaluation rather than result-evaluation in quality control management, stress the guiding role of evidence-based medicine in hospital management and promote a benign interaction between the hospital infection management and medical treatment process.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment among community public health workers and find out its influencing factors .Methods We enrolled 176 epidemic prevention workers who participated in the training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment in Yinzhou District of Ningbo in 2014.After the exclusion of 9 epidemic prevention workers who didn′t return their questionnaires , we finally included 167 health workers as our subjects.In December 2014, we arranged a three -day training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment for the subjects.Before and after training , investigations were undertaken with the subjects using self -designed questionnaires , the content of which included general data and the knowledge and skills of comprehensive disease prevention and treatment .After training, the satisfaction evaluation of the subjects with training was collected by questionnaires .Results After training, the total score and the score of each item were significantly different from that before training ( P <0.05 ); after training , the awareness rate of each item of the knowledge and skill of comprehensive disease prevention and treatment were also significantly different from that before training ( P <0.05 ) .The satisfaction rate of the subjects with general training effect was 98.8%(165/167) .The subjects of different genders and different satisfaction degrees with time arrangement were significantly different in training effect (P<0.05), and the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the satisfaction degree of time arrangement had significant influence on training effect ( P <0.05 ) .Gonclusion The training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment can improve epidemic prevention workers′awareness rate of core knowledge and the ability of comprehensive disease prevention and treatment .The training effect is good , and the satisfaction degree is high .The satisfaction rate of time arrangement is the influencing factor for training effect .

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effective management strategies of the clinical laboratory in infectious diseases hospital based on its own characteristics.Methods: In accordance with the practical situation of Beijing 302 hospital,a series of countermeasures were adopted from the aspects of biological safety,quality control,personnel and equipment,system and information management to strengthen the management of clinical laboratory in infectious diseases hospital.Results: The management of clinical laboratory in Beijing 302 hospital was improved and the clinical testing quality guaranteed.The new management strategies gained remarkable achievements.Conclusion: The strengthening of management of the above five aspects is the important guarantee of the improvement of medical quality and great help to the standardized,scientific and information management of clinical laboratory.

Abstract:Objective:To Investigate the effect of hospital management system of infectious diseases control and prevention of infection.Methods:The implementation of hospital infectious disease management system started in our hospital since January 2011,the annual cases were included in the research group,taken cases from January 2010 to December included in the control group,two groups were compared the occurrence of infectious diseases and antibiotic use situation.Results:The incidence of infectious diseases of the research group is significantly lower than the control group,the data has significant differences(P0.05).The research group sections of the abuse of antibiotics is significantly lower than the control group,the data has significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion:Infectious disease management system can effectively reduce hospital incidence of infectious diseases,clinical reduce antibiotic abuse incident,thereby increasing the safety of the medical work,but also enhance the level of hospital management.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the etiology of nosocomial infections in the patients with acute leukemia ,analyze the prevalence of the infections ,and put forward the intervention measures so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment .METHODS The clinical data of 68 patients with acute leukemia who were treated from Mar 2013 to Mar 2015 were retrospectively analyzed ,the enrolled patients were divided into the single antibiotic group and the com‐bined medication group according to the order of admission to the hospital ,which were respectively treated with the single antibiotic and the antibiotic combined with G‐CSF ,and the clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups after the treatment .RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 67 of 68 patients with acute leuke‐mia ,with the infection rate of 98 .53% .The etiological examination was carried out for the 67 patients with the in‐fections ,and a total of 30 strains of pathogens were isolated ,including 19 (63 .33% ) strains of gram‐negative bac‐teria ,7 (23 .33% ) strains of gram‐positive bacteria ,and 4 (13 .34% ) strains of fungi .The respiratory tract , lung ,gastrointestinal tract ,and oral cavity were the major infection sites .The incidence of the nosocomial infec‐tions was ,to certain degree ,associated with the length of hospital stay ,neutrophils counts ,and chemotherapy . The combined medication was conducted according to the predisposing factors based on the antibiotic therapy ;the fever time and the recovery time of neutrophils counts were significantly shortened (P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION The patients with acute leukemia are predisposed to the nosocomial infections during the hospital stay for treatment , and the gram‐negative bacteria infections are dominant .The major risk factors for the nosocomial infections include the old age ,long length of hospital stay ,low neutrophils counts ,and chemotherapy .It is an effective way to con‐duct the combined medication with G‐CSF based on the treatment of primary diseases and conventional anti‐infec‐tion treatment so as to improve the therapeutic effect .

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the application value and effects of infectious disease prevention and management measures.Method: Management methods in-hospital between Jan,2009 to Jun,2010 was distributed into Control group,and management methods of infectious disease prevention management measures between July,2010 to Dec,2011 was distributed into Study group.Result: Rate of infectious diseases of two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Rate of in-hospital infection in Study group was significantly lower than Control group(P0.05).Satisfaction of Study group was significantly higher than Control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Infectious disease prevention management measures conducive to the effective blocking nosocomial infections in the spread of the source,thereby reducing the incidence of cross infection and improve patient satisfaction.
Exploration and Evaluation of a New Training Model for Healthcare-Associated Infection Control Personnel

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore a new training model for healthcare-associated infection control personnel and to evaluate the effect of the training.METHODS A total of 50 trainees from 49 hospitals were involved in the survey during the training study and after the training.The training was performed by using the theoretical training combined with the clinical practice,the control of nosocomial infections started by the trainees was investigated.RESULTS The information about alterations of infection control projects from 44 trainees in 44 hospitals was collected.After the training,34 new projects were carried out,including 11 hospitals on the surgical site infection surveillance.Totally 202 projects were improved,20 insignificant projects were terminated,and the focus of work has transferred remarkably.CONCLUSION The new training program for healthcare-associated infection control personnel has achieved a significant effect on improvement of control of nosocomial infections by the trainees and is worthy to be promoted.

Abstract:Objectives: To investigate an incident of hematogenous infection in a general hospital and to provide scientific evidence for effective control and management. Method: Field epidemiology was used to investigate and analyze an incident of hematogenous infection in a general hospital. Result: 6 consecutive nosocomial infection cases were reported from April 21 to 28 in neurology department of this hospital, Gram-negative bacteria were detected in 4 out of the 6 tested samples (2 cases with klebsiella pneumoniae, 1 case with Acinetobacter Baumannii, 1 case with Enterobacter cloacae). The nosocomial infection was well under controlled after medical staff hands hygiene improvement, wards sterilization and patients quarantine. Conclusion: This is an incident of Gram-negative pathogen induced clustered hematogenous infection cases in general hospital, contaminated wards environment and medical staff's hands are the major source and route of transmission. Instant and comprehensive medical intervention successfully made this infection under controlled; multiple-disciplinary treatment and timely communication is the most important avenue to success.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of fluorescent labeling combined with comprehensive manage-ment on the environmental cleanliness in hospital. Methods Five wards were randomly selected from five depart-ments of Neurology, Respiratory medicine, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Intensive Care Unit each in Shi-yan Taihe Hospital from January 2016 to June 2016. In these wards, we adopted fluorescence labeling and ATP fluores-cence detection to monitor the cleaning quality of articles surface which were frequently touched, then we developed and applied comprehensive management measures for existing problems. Finally, the cleaning quality were compared before and after the intervention. Results After taking the comprehensive management measures, the clearance rate of fluores-cence labeling and the compliance rate of ATP bioluminescence in this hospital respectively enhanced from 41.11%and 38.89%to 90.42%and 83.33%before and after the intervention. After 6 months of continuous intervention, the clear-ance rate of fluorescence labeling increased from 26.04%to 87.50%in the medical ward, from 22.23%to 86.25%in the surgical ward, and from 63.46%to 97.50%the intensive care unit, respectively. The differences were all statistically sig-nificant (P<0.01). Conclusion Fluorescent labeling combined with comprehensive management can improve the clean-ing effect of articles surface and environment of hospital, and reduce the risk of hospital infection.
