An analysis on the crotch design of the baby-used pantywaist

Abstract:This paper introduces two key methods in design of the baby-used pantywaist crotch,i.e.,tolerance increase and gusset insertion.In addition,the ready-made clothes are prepared for try-on.The research results shoe that the tolerance increase design can make the baby-used pantywaist crotch very smooth,but the apparel size becomes not suitable when the baby wearer bends his body forwards;the gusset insertion can meet the movement tolerance,but the hard seam or too many seams will discomfort babies,which should be solved through technological improvement.
