Abstract:Under complex or strategic environmental conditions, the chip may be exposed to man-made malicious attacks or harsh environment, resulting in internal circuit damage and disastrous consequences. In order to carry out high-level security detection on the chip, sensors need to be used to sense the working conditions such as temperature, voltage and frequency of the chip. This paper designs a security detection digital sensor system based on FPGA. The system is composed of highly optimized digital standard cell library, which can greatly reduce the research and development costs and tape out risk. The digital circuit has an accurate look-up table, so the measurement results are more accurate. By quantifying the amplitude of clock delay on the delay chain, when the working conditions of the circuit are abnormal, the security detection system can accurately detect the fault and give an alarm.
