Abstract:With the development of information science technology and information system,the infosec antagonism is an inevitable issue in the process of human society,and should be considered on top-level. In the fi nal analysis,solving the problem of information security and countermeasures relies on the talented personnel. Therefore,how to construct the highly competitive,stable and sustainable cultivation system of talented personnel and how to train a large quantity of highly-qualifi ed professional personnel, have become the two important problems faced by specialty construction of information security and countermeasures. In this paper, the specialty development of the information security and countermeasures of Beijing Institute of Technology is discussed; the main problems and solutions,the special features and the practical applications in the specialty development are analyzed in detail. It is earnestly expected that the experience exchange with brother schools could be done,and the cultivation project of highly-qualifi ed professional personnel be jointly proposed.
