Abstract:The scientific evaluation and calculation of economic and non-economic benefits made by higher education institutions is one of the difficulties faced by economic research.On the basis of using a proper evaluation method and classifying the benefits made by higher education institutions,this paper puts forward the idea of using value engineering appraisal to evaluate higher education income to provide food for thought for other researchers.
