Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Zhuyun recipe(ZYF)on the expression of endometrial integrinβ3and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)during the implantation window in blastocyst implantation dysfunctional(BID)mice.Method:Pregnant Kunming mice were randomly assigned to the control group,BID group and BID+ZYF group.Uterine horns were excised to determine the number of pregnant mice and implantation sites on the 8th day postcoitum.Uterus samples were collected at gestation 4th day and were detected with immunohistochemistry and Real Time-PCR analyses.Results:BID group showed a significant decrease in pregnant rate,number of implanted embryo and the expression of both the endometrial integrinβ3and VEGF during the implantation window than that in control group.BID +ZYF group showed a higher pregnant rate,number of implanted embryo and endometrial integrinβ3and VEGF expression compared to BID group.Conclusion:ZYF appears to increases pregnant rate and embryonic implantation,through reversing the expression of endometrial integrinβ3and VEGF,to improves the uterine receptivity in mice.
